Free Exchanges

Accepted Answer

We want you to find your right fit! You can exchange any flute or piccolo purchased for any other within a week of receiving your item. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your instrument and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll even cover return shipping!* Any difference will be billed or refunded where applicable. Simply select which instrument you'd like to exchange for and we'll get it shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Online Returns Policy

Love your instrument or full-money back!* Just pay return shipping. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to start your return. We'll provide a return shipping label for easy return shipping. We'll simply deduct the return shipping cost from the refund balance and we'll initiate your refund within 3 business days of receiving the instrument back.

Accessories and other non-instrument products may be returned within 14 days of receiving item. The same above return procedures apply.

* Items must be returned in same condition as shipped. A minimum 10% recovery fee applies to items returned in a different condition than shipped. The recovery fee is equated to the loss of value from any damage the item incurred.

Local Returns Policy

Instruments bought locally from Jordan Winds Music Co. can be exchanged or returned for full money back within 7 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as purchased for full refund or exchange credit. (A minimum 10% recovery fee applies to instruments returned/exchanged in a different condition than received.) If you would like an exchange or return, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Once the item is received and inspected, a return will be initiated within 3 business days. The return balance will be credited to your original purchase account within 3-7 days from initiation. For exchanges, you will be refunded the difference if the item exchanged for is less than the original purchase value via the process above. If you are exchanging up to an item of higher value, the original purchase amount will be credited in full towards your exchange, given the item is in original condition. (A recovery fee may apply if original item is not in same condition as purchased.)

Contact us via our website, email or phone to start your return within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your name, contact information and order number in the return request. Jordan Winds Music Co will send you a return label. Package your item in original packaging if possible and ensure that the item is securely packaged with all accessories to ensure a smooth return. Drop off your item at your nearest USPS location within 7 days of starting your return. Once we receive and inspect the item(s) returned, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days. You can expect the return balance (minus shipping and applicable fees, see returns policy) to appear in you account within 3-7 days of initiation. Contact us with any further questions!

Local Returns:
