Of course! Your case is specifically designed for optimum protection of your instrument during transport. We've shipped hundreds of instruments without a problem! Of course, always ship your instrument in its hard and soft case (where applicable) and ensure there is sufficient padding to avoid shifting and moving in the box.

We understand how hard it is to be away from your instrument! We work hard to get your instrument back to you quickly, typically between 5 to 10 business days (sometimes longer during high volume times.) We'll send you an estimated completion time along with your quote.
If you're unsure what specific repairs are necessary, we recommend a regular maintenance (or COA). This will put your instrument in top playing condition and will generally fix any playing issues. If the pads and/or corks are worn out, we might suggest replacing them. If you have a minor issue, tell us about it and we'll give you a quote.
