We understand how hard it is to be away from your instrument! We work hard to get your instrument back to you quickly, typically between 5 to 10 business days (sometimes longer during high volume times.) We'll send you an estimated completion time along with your quote.
If you're unsure what specific repairs are necessary, we recommend a regular maintenance (or COA). This will put your instrument in top playing condition and will generally fix any playing issues. If the pads and/or corks are worn out, we might suggest replacing them. If you have a minor issue, tell us about it and we'll give you a quote.
