Buy confidently with our JW Purchase Warranty! Every new and refurbished instrument comes with a full 1 Year repair warranty. This warranty covers most playing condition and mechanical issues that may arise from normal use. Make sure to register your warranty within 14 days of purchase!
Covers pads and pad alignment, key and connection alignment, key binding, detached corks/felts and mechanical failure. (see warranty conditions below)
Register your warranty through the QR code/link provided with your purchase. If you are having issues finding/accessing the link, contact us.
Warranty must be registered within 14 days from the date of purchase and is valid for 1 Year (365 Days) from date of purchase. Applies to the original owner only. Does not cover damage due to accidental and intentional mishap or neglect/abuse. If the product is damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and all shipping and repairs will be covered at no cost. Photos of damages to the box, case and items may be required. Warranty is not valid if the flute is stored in any case other than the case provided at the time of purchase, as a poor-fitting case can cause damage to the instrument and pads.
All warranty repairs (including parts & labor) will be completed for free, just cover shipping costs through the JW Shipping Program.
This warranty will not cover issues related to regular wear and tear (including, but not limited to: cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, dirtying and discoloration of instrument and pads, plating finish wear and pitting, head-joint cork replacement, and tarnish/oxidation.) Cracking of wooden instruments is not covered under warranty. Cleaning, oil and adjustment service is not covered by warranty. Jordan Winds Music Co. reserves the right to determine whether a malfunction is considered "normal wear and tear." Cases and accessories are not covered by warranty. Repairs related to mishap, neglect or abuse are not covered by warranty. Any repairs must be completed by Jordan Winds Music Co. No reimbursement will be given for repairs conducted by any other company or individual. Any service or alterations done by any individual or company other than Jordan Winds Music Co. voids this warranty.
Simply fill out a repair request on our "Repairs" page and specify "warranty repair." Be sure to include the flute information and the name/phone number under which the warranty is registered. We will be in touch shortly with more information. All warranty repairs (including parts & labor) are free! Just cover shipping or drop off for free at our location.
