The Trevor James Performers Series flute is a special version of the Virtuoso III Series, hand-finished to higher quality standards right in their London Factory. These flutes are designed for the advancing player and boasts a stunning rich, full, projecting sound with ease. Features the popular TJ-AP headjoint, built with a slightly wider, rectangular embouchure cut for maximum sound projection. This flute is bright and shimmering in the higher ranges, while richer and slightly darker in the low range.
This special model features an upgraded heavy-wall build, where the tube is slightly thicker for a richer, broader sound, and adds a C# Trill key for optimum performance!
Comparable to the current Virtuoso Voce model, with the popular Sterling TJ-AP headjoint rather than the 958 Voce headjoint. Many players prefer the AP style for its broader, bigger sound!
